  • How many participants can attend per session?
    We recommend a maximum of 20 participants; however this is also dependent on the space available.
  • Do we need to provide any equipment?
    Office: Can be done in open space, hall or even at the work-space. Projector & speaker will be beneficial for Avs & soothing Tai Chi – Qigong music
  • What can we expect during a 75–90-minute session?
    The session will in three parts covering Basic Qigong & Beginner level Tai Chi, offering an educational session on physical awareness.
    - Basic Qigong Exercises for opening the body & improving one’s breathing
    - Beginner Tai Chi: Yang style Tai Chi 8-Step form
    - Daoist Meditation: Guided mediation to calm the breath, mind & body
