Thankyou for such an wonderful experience , When the sessions started , right on the day 1 I realized that how exercise , Breathing (qi-gong) is important in our lives , especially in such a situation of pandemic, where everyone is home quarantined , So right from that very first week I decided to do exercise and Qi-gong daily , I even taught my brother few of the exercises too. After these sessions I can see a huge difference in me , now i can hold my breathe till 1:02 min before it was 56 sec , before my stamina was little less now I can workout for more than 45 min or till 1 hr continuously , I am feeling very healthy inside out and now I have started doing it daily. Initially it was a bit uncomfortable for me but afterwards I got used to it ( exercises - Qigong) . I am really grateful for these sessions. THANKYOU SIR

I really appreciated this as it leads to a proper understanding of how's the exercise is meant to be done. The instructor was also very open to questions and answered them as well. I am Anushka , my experience of practicing Qi gong has been wonderful. From the past few months , I was not involved in any physical movement because of my busy schedule , but my decision of practicing Qi gong has been the best decision ever. After so many sessions , My body feels completely balanced and energetic. I used to feel very exhausted and tired before , but Qi gong has really helped me overcome this. I feel my breathing rate has also improved and I can hold my breath for longer which is very necessary in today’s conditions. Qi gong makes me feel calm and focused throughout the day. My experience with qi-gong was great. In the beginning I thought it was only about breathing exercises but it involved a lot of movement as well. In the start, I found it difficult to do the exercises properly but as we did them I got the hang of it. The exercises made me more aware of my breathing and make me more awake and active. Comparing with before, I feel more in control and also do not feel so restless and tired as I did before. I will keep doing them to see more of a difference as well. Thank you for the experience:)
I have never been able to completely focus on my breath and specially exhalation but in through out the sessions I was able to concentrate on breathing more and more. In the very begging I was having major headache while doing exercises and it got little better from second exercise after stretching. In few of the exercises, in the beginning I wasn't able to stretch my body completely but the key pointers and moving practice helped me a lot to make it little smoother. In the further stretches and breaths I was able to feel my each breath and air going through respiratory system. It was really good to feel that and exercises made it easy for me. And now after completing all the exercises I actually started paying attention to my each breath and feel it and it actually feels going inside and breath through each cell. Hello, This was amazing experience. Getting to know a new culture to make my vital organs better was something really engaging. Having this tradition and yet we all not knowing it is a disgrace I am so grateful to Shiv sir that he got it to us. I will continue doing this as this is not only making my internal organs better but it releases all my physical as well as mental pain and gives a fresh start to my day. Whenever I do these exercises I find myself energetic and bright throughout the day. Getting myself into motion is something that Qi gong has done for me and I am extremely happy to get introduced to such an amazing tradition.

I would like to share that I have seen a noticeable improvement in my breathing pattern, my energy levels and stamina after the sessions. Like earlier, my breathing when relaxed was about 6-8 breaths per minute which improved to less than 4 breathes per minutes. I could not hold more than 20 secs between two breaths which improved to 28 secs in less than 10 days. While doing all exercises, I sweat a lot and all the lazyness goes after exercises and I remain calm for most of the day. Didn't thought that I could see such benefit in a short period of time.

I felt extremely fresh and stable . My body felt light after stretching. In this situation of covid , I feel doing Qi gong sessions is extremely helpful . This looks like a simple breathing technique, but is a highly effective mechanism to improve your stamina, power and also the immunity... Best thing is you need to do it as slow as possible to extract it's maximum benefits.. Finally you have a calm and focused mind along with reduced stiffness in body..
